Weightlifting Technical Excellence Coach
A brief word from me...
"With over three decades in the sport, I began weightlifting at the age of 13 - long before it gained popularity!
Breaking stereotypes at the time, I competed at the highest levels and set a few records along the way. I always wanted to help pave the way for future athletes, especially for females in our sport. Since retiring from competitive weightlifting, I now dedicate my time to coaching, sharing my expertise, and inspiring others to reach their full potential. I'd love for you to join me for a one-day technical seminar to overcome your weightlifting challenges and fears!"
