Each seminar is limited to 30 participants to ensure I can provide hands-on coaching and individual corrections.
Comprehensive Training
The seminar begins with a 10-minute introduction, followed by 90 minutes of practical coaching. We’ll focus on the fundamentals, revisiting key positions to build a strong foundation and improve your technique.
Q&A Session
Wrap-up the session with an open forum to address your specific questions and challenges.

Scheduling Adjustments
In the event of low attendance, seminars may be merged, and timing slightly adjusted. If this occurs, we’ll keep you informed via email, and with plenty of notice.
Gym Access Fees For Non-Members
Non-members are totally welcome at any participating gym! Please note there will just be an additional access fee of C$15, to be paid directly to the gym reception upon arrival.
Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else.
